Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Sweet Earth is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. We accept and process all merchandise returns that are accompanied with an original packing list and arrive in good condition.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 2-3 business days after processing date. All orders are refunded in US dollars. In the event that your original method of payment is no longer functional, store credit will be issued to your account for future use.
