We cannot offer refunds due to allergies, or personal dissatisfaction with product performance.
If product received has been damaged during shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, contact information, as well as pictures of the damage in the original packaging.
You must include your order number and contact information for us to process exchanges and / or refunds.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will process in approximately 2 - 3 business days. All orders are refunded in US dollars. In the event that your original method of payment is no longer functional, store credit will be issued to your account for future use.
